     มุ่งพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจ ทักษะ ประสบการณ์ ความเชี่ยวชาญทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมการบินตามมาตรฐานสากลและอุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวเนื่องทางด้านธุรกิจการบิน มีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ซื่อสัตย์ มีจิตบริการและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ

     รวมทั้งมีทักษะวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์ โดยประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ เหตุผลและวิจารณญาณอย่างเหมาะสมเมื่อต้องเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ต่างๆ บุคลิกภาพที่ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างเหมาะสม สามารถพัฒนาตนเอง ทั้งด้านความรู้และทักษะวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพในการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและภาษาต่างประเทศได้อย่างน้อย 2 ภาษา โดยเฉพาะภาษาอังกฤษ รวมทั้ง สามารถสื่อสารข้ามวัฒนธรรมได้อย่างเหมาะสม

จุดเด่นของหลักสูตร

มุ่งพัฒนาบัณฑิตให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจทางด้านธุรกิจการบิน ได้แก่ การบริการบนเครื่องบิน การบริการภาคพื้น การขนส่งสินค้าทางอากาศ และโภชนาการในธุรกิจสายการบิน รวมถึงการเสริมสร้างบุคลิกภาพ ทักษะประสบการณ์พร้อมทั้งการมีจิตสาธารณะ เพื่อสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมการบิน และอุตสาหกรรมเกี่ยวเนื่องในระดับประเทศ และระดับสากล สามารถคิด วิเคราะห์ พัฒนาต่อยอดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ และนำความรู้ที่ได้มาปรับใช้กับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันได้อย่างดีเลิศ เพียบพร้อมด้วยคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม เพื่อประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ของตนเอง หน่วยงาน รวมถึงการสร้างธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับอุตสาหกรรมการบริการขนส่งทางอากาศ
